'Dougette' or little Doug, offers an accessible cool-climate Victorian Pinot Noir.

Hand picked and fermented with a portion of whole bunches. Aged on fine lees in seasoned French oak for 12 months, then aged for a further 3 months in tank. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Aromas of fresh dark cherry, strawberry, pomegranate, and licorice. Along with savoury notes of cooking spices, cured meat, pepper and alpine herbs. To taste, this wine has all the fruit up front, and is framed by the acidity and tannin which adds length to the finish.
