Dash Farms Vineyard sits on the South-Eastern crest of Leanganook (Mt Alexander). When standing at the vineyard looking to the South East you have a wonderful view to Geebor (Mt Macedon). It is about a 10 minute drive north of the Macedon Ranges boundary. The soil profile is decomposed granite. The base of the vineyard sits at around 450m and was planted in 1991.
Hand picked, pressed slowly and fermented in barrel, of which 20% were new. Aged on lees for 12 months before being racked and blended, then aged for a further 3 months on fine lees in tank, prior to bottling. 
This wine offers aromas of lemon rind, yellow grapefruit, fresh nectarine, toasted almonds, struck match and sourdough. This is a powerful wine with layers of flavour and complexity with  fresh citrus flavours leading the way. Its textural yet compact and has a long lasting flavour……..
